Pseudoepitheliomatous keratotic and micaceous balanitis

Pseudoepitheliomatous keratotic and micaceous balanitis is a cutaneous condition characterized by skin lesions on the glans penis that are wart-like with scaling.[1]:657

It can present as a cutaneous horn.[2]
